As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be the central hub of support for a dynamic team, managing complex calendars, facilitating key business rhythms, and contributing to special projects. Your organizational prowess and proactive approach will empower leadership to focus on strategic priorities, while your meticulous attention to detail ensures smooth execution of critical activities. What You’ll Do:

  • Expertly manage complex calendars for executive leadership, optimizing schedules and prioritizing meetings with global stakeholders.
  • Facilitate key rhythm of the business activities, ensuring seamless execution of recurring meetings, events, and reporting cycles.
  • Provide project support as needed, contributing to budget management, logistical arrangements, and other critical initiatives.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactively anticipate and address the needs of the executive team, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed for all engagements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in executive assistance, specifically supporting executive-level management (GM or equivalent).
  • Proven proficiency with industry-standard collaboration and productivity tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience working within this specific client’s environment is essential.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing executives.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.90 to $45.45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
