Desktop Support Analyst

Overview

Join a global leader in the beauty industry as a Desktop Support Analyst, where you’ll provide critical IT support to ensure smooth daily operations across L’Oréal offices. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and AV support to deliver best-in-class service for employees. You’ll be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining end-user systems while upholding a strong service mindset and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, image, and support laptops and desktops in a Windows 10 environment.
• Deploy Cisco IP phone handsets as required by the business (endpoint support only).
• Provide support for Office 365 applications, troubleshooting user issues effectively.
• Manage and maintain user accounts in Active Directory and O365 (adds, deletes, object creation, and maintenance).
• Support wireless devices, including corporate and personal cell phones (Android and iOS) and iPads.
• Provide AV and conference room support, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Perform routine and urgent Incident ticket processes using ServiceNow, ensuring issues are resolved within SLA requirements.
• Utilize Bomgar or similar remote support tools for troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, knowledge articles, and business requirements.
• Support installation of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Act as a mentor to Level I team members and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Stay current on product/service offerings and policies to provide accurate solutions to end-users.
• Follow standard operating procedures and IT best practices for all service situations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 3–5+ years’ IT support experience.
• Strong expertise in Windows OS (Windows 10) and Office 365.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals; A+ Certification is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of MAC OS environments a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system (or equivalent) required.
• Experience with Bomgar remote support preferred.
• AV support experience, particularly Teams Rooms, highly desired.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, service-oriented mindset, and ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.77 to $28.64 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
