This exciting opportunity will empower you to:
- Independently process a high volume of accounts payable transactions (75-100/day) through 3-way matching.
- Utilize cutting-edge financial platforms like SAP FUSION and others to ensure accurate payment processing.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain strong relationships.
- Champion compliance with established financial policies and procedures, contributing to the integrity of the organization’s financial operations.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the shared services environment.
- Contribute to special projects that impact the shared services environment and support overall business objectives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of accounts payable experience
- High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
- Proven ability to process a high volume of invoices
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience highly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate/advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables)
- Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and month-end close
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Consumer products background
- Experience with document imaging systems
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.80 to $24.23 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
