As a Recruiter/Staffing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of identifying and attracting top talent, playing a key role in shaping the future of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and build strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring they have the right people to drive innovation and success.
This dynamic role offers the chance to:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs, acting as a strategic advisor on staffing best practices and talent market trends.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates, utilizing a variety of channels and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, ensuring a strong fit with both the technical requirements and the company culture.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing a positive and informative experience, while building strong relationships with potential hires.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process for all candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging talent acquisition trends, continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize the hiring process.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent training.
  • 8-10 years of customer service-related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide constructive performance feedback.
  • Solid understanding of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.
  • Familiarity with business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45-48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
