As an Executive Business Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of a thriving sales team, providing top-tier support to managers and their teams. You’ll be immersed in a collaborative environment where your organizational skills and proactive approach will shine. This role goes beyond typical administrative tasks; it’s about anticipating needs, streamlining processes, and empowering the team to achieve its goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed.
• Offer broader team support, such as organizing team events, onboarding and offboarding new hires, and procuring necessary resources.
• Manage asset tracking and facility requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience supporting multiple managers or large teams in a fast-paced setting.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative, customer service, or recruiting roles requiring strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Process-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, making independent decisions, and taking initiative.
• Adept at managing multiple projects, tracking pending items, and re-prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, analysis, negotiation, and decision-making under pressure.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27.94 to $31.05 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
