As a Worldwide Consumer Engagement Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind innovative social media and retail media strategies, shaping how consumers engage with cutting-edge technology. This exciting role sits within the Consumer Channel and Partner Marketing organization, focusing on strengthening relationships with major retailers worldwide. You’ll be a key player in developing and executing strategies that boost sales and brand visibility. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding social media strategies, optimizing platform approaches, and identifying emerging opportunities in the ever-evolving digital landscape. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with regional teams, influence executive decisions, and pioneer innovative approaches to retail marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Spearhead initiatives to create synergy between the company’s own social media presence and that of its retail partners.
  • Develop and refine a program designed to enhance retail partner social strategies globally.
  • Provide social media best practices and channel strategy guidance to marketing managers during key campaigns.
  • Lead the development of social media content for executive meetings with major retailers.
  • Maintain a Social Commerce Playbook to inform regional teams on platform capabilities and focus areas.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to develop and implement Retail Media Network strategies.
  • Pilot and scale Retail Media Network innovations, focusing on personalization, co-branding, and performance measurement.
  • Facilitate global collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance retail marketing capabilities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of proven experience in Social strategy, Content Strategy, Influencer Strategy, and Integrated Marketing Campaigns (e.g., platform, brand, and/or agency experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in partner, digital, or e-commerce marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a large and complex organization.
  • 3+ years of experience working on global projects, demonstrating cross-cultural management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience on a brand strategy team and/or media team.
  • Experience at a Consumer Electronics, Silicon, Retail brand, or Social Media platform company.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70/hr – $75/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. About Aquent Talent:
