Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Member Service Representative!
While this position is 100% remote, the role requires someone who currently lives in Oklahoma. For this reason, any non-Oklahoma-based candidate will not be considered.
In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.
- Be able to provide a screenshot of a speed test of your wired home internet connection.

As a Member Service Representative, you will provide essential support to leadership, dive into business analytics, and craft impactful communications that drive strategic decision-making. This role offers a unique blend of administrative prowess, analytical thinking, and communication expertise, allowing you to contribute significantly to the team’s success.
As a Member Service Representative, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP and Senior Director, managing calendars, travel arrangements, budgets, and meeting preparation.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of daily sales, seasonal trends, and vendor performance, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and deliver impactful communications to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects, contributing your analytical skills to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations for mid-level and senior executives, effectively conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Proficiency in spoken and written communication
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a regulatory environment
- Experience with Medicare Part D enrollment processes
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.00 to $18.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
