Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Project Manager!
This position is 100% remote. We will only consider candidates who currently live in the United States.
In addition, to be considered for this opportunity, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.
Take the reins of a complex program implementation, collaborating with a team of analysts, data engineers, and executives to drive success for 40+ clients. As the Project Manager, you will be the central point of contact, ensuring seamless execution from planning to implementation. Your expertise in communication and problem-solving will be essential as you navigate challenges and celebrate milestones. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on a large scale, optimizing processes and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle for program implementation across 40+ clients, from planning to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with client-facing teams to monitor task completion and remove roadblocks.
- Partner with analysts, data engineering teams, and executives to develop, maintain, and manage the program schedule.
- Generate, collect, and disseminate project information, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to project teams, stakeholders, and executives.
- Foster open communication channels between teams and stakeholders to facilitate efficient task completion and issue resolution.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field with a focus on information technology or healthcare.
- Project Management Certification.
- 3-5 years of proven experience managing multiple, complex client implementations or program management projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with analysts and executives across different functions and business areas.
- Expert-level skills in team leadership and conflict management.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances, displaying resilience and resourcefulness.
- Capacity to independently and effectively resolve program issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.20 to $78.01 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
