As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll champion the client experience, driving improvements to content platforms and shaping the future of content distribution. Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a team dedicated to innovation and client satisfaction.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be the voice of the client, influencing platform development and ensuring a seamless user experience. You’ll leverage your expertise in client research and journey mapping to understand user workflows and advocate for enhancements. By creating educational materials and fostering transparent communication, you’ll empower users and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:

  • Be the Voice of the Client, representing user needs during planning and strategy sessions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, actively listening to diverse perspectives.
  • Conduct client research and journey mapping to gain deep insights into user behavior and platform usage.
  • Proactively communicate roadmaps, issues, and changes to clients, ensuring transparency and minimizing disruption.
  • Develop user personas to inform platform design and enhance user understanding.
  • Create educational and support materials to promote self-service and empower users.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (preferred)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined approach to application development

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $74.52 to $82.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
