As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing content strategies that address customer needs and enhance their understanding of digital products.
  • Leading collaborative design activities and ideation sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Providing expert guidance on content design standards, tools, and processes.
  • Championing the customer perspective, ensuring their needs are central to product design decisions.
  • Creating compelling and informative text-based content for various digital platforms, adhering to design principles and product strategies.
  • Collaborating on the development of non-textual content, including iconography, graphics, and imagery.
  • Applying inclusive design principles to ensure content accessibility for all users.
  • Partnering with legal and compliance teams to ensure content adheres to regulatory requirements.
  • Managing content documentation and dissemination throughout its lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with researchers to test content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conducting competitive research and content audits to inform design strategies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A post-secondary education, ideally with a university degree or college diploma
  • At least 4 years of writing experience at a creative agency or in-house creative team
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • A portfolio of work samples showcasing your copywriting work

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Facility in French
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and implementation methods
  • Understanding of design and technology trends

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58 to $63.75 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
