C$35-40/hr, T4
Start Date:

Are you an agency-savvy account and production pro who thrives on juggling multiple campaigns, managing photo shoots, and translating marketing plans into creative action? Our client’s retail marketing team is looking for a contract Programs Manager who can do it all—while keeping projects organized, stakeholders happy, and creative assets on track.
What you’ll own
- Lead omni-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, photo, and in-store channels.
- Manage production schedules, budgets, and timelines for flawless campaign execution.
- Coordinate photo shoots and creative production, liaising with photographers, agencies, art directors, and internal teams.
- Support Promo Social initiatives – nimble content creation, brief writing, quick thinking, and turning media plans into creative action.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and senior stakeholders.
- Oversee production execution on set and track all projects using Wrike.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in account or production management (agency or client-side), ideally with an advertising agency background.
- Hands-on photo production experience—comfortable on set and fluent with creative terminology.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to review assets confidently.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing and internal stakeholder interactions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, personality-driven environments.
- Bonus: retail marketing or omni-channel campaign experience.
Why this role is a great fit
This role is perfect for someone who can wear many hats, balancing Promo Social agility with expertise in larger campaign production. You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and help bring marketing campaigns to life across all channels.
What this role is not
- Not a creative strategy or design role—you won’t be concepting campaigns.
- Not a pure project coordination role—you will lead accounts, vendors, and production.
- Not a senior director role—targeting a mid-level professional with 5+ years of experience.
Work setup: Hybrid – 4 days/week on-site, with Fridays for WFH
