This position is 100% remote. For this reason, we will only consider candidates who currently live in the United States.

Aquent Talent is seeking a skilled Database Marketer to join a dynamic team at a leading health and wellness organization. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the way this organization communicates with its customers, developing engaging content that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand loyalty. As a Database Marketer, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of a wide range of marketing and advertising materials, from brochures and letters to video content and digital displays. You’ll collaborate closely with creative design and writing teams, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output. This role demands a strong understanding of communication strategies and the ability to tailor content to specific audiences and channels. Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate multimedia packages, including letters, brochures, videos, and point-of-purchase displays.
- Apply diverse communication strategies to create impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with creative design and writing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the creative development process.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong self-motivation and initiative.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Less than 3 years of technical experience
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with large databases
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Agency experience
- Strong interest in the health and wellness industry
- Demonstrated ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of program design and engagement channels
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.273 to $26.97 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
