Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Policy Administration Professional!

While this position is 100% remote, we will only consider candidates who currently live in the United States.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis.  1099 or C2C is not permitted for this role

As a key member of their team, you will play a vital role in shaping company processes and practices, directly impacting how they serve their members. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining the catalog of company policies and procedures. You will collaborate with policy owners, develop documentation, and write policies that govern critical processes. This position offers the chance to leverage your analytical skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of consumer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, update, and format policy documents in accordance with current templates and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and comprehensive policy content.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain process documentation, mapping key workflows and procedures.
  • Transition legacy policy and process documents to new templates.
  • Ensure compliance with quality audit standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and seeking clarification.
  • Organize, archive, and retrieve policy and process documents.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Less than 5 years of technical experience
  • Progressive strategic and operational experience in a professional leadership capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing data

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27.92 to $31.03 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
