As an E-Commerce Copy Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of the creative team, collaborating with experienced copywriters and supervisors to produce high-quality product descriptions. Your keen eye for detail and ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language will be essential in this role.
What You’ll Do:

• Train to manage a substantial daily workload of copy deliverables, receiving guidance and support from seasoned copywriters and supervisors.
• Transform product details into compelling, benefit-oriented copy that resonates with online shoppers.
• Master the company’s Copy Manual and ensure all required product information is accurately entered into the content management system.
• Verify the accuracy and appropriateness of product images, adhering to established style guidelines.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot content issues, collaborating with copywriters and supervisors to find effective solutions.
• Stay informed about product trends and conduct research to ensure copy remains current and relevant.
• Report to the Copy Supervisor for daily assignments and seek approvals for completed copy.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to contribute to team success.

Must-Haves:

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and engaging storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for e-commerce and a desire to contribute to a dynamic online retail environment.

This role will be located on-site in Memphis, TN. Remote candidates will not be considered. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.80 to $32 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
