As a Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of gaming, collaborating with a talented team to deliver exceptional experiences to players worldwide. Your expertise in project management will be essential in driving projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier quality. As a Producer, you will be responsible for:
- Milestone planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of priorities
- Communicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality level
- Proactive risk management and mitigation
- Creating, updating, and presenting status and information to the project leadership team
- Identifying task-related processes to improve efficiency
- Providing regular capacity plan updates
- Focusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowerment
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Production, Development Management, Project Management, or Coordination
- Experience managing one or more cross-functional game teams through all development phases (Pre-Production, Production, Finaling)
- Shipped at least one game product, ideally on console
- Experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Experience shipping AAA quality games on console
- Experience managing development projects from concept to release
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams
- Passion for video games and knowledge of the current market
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools
- Background in AAA game development, console games, mobile games, or PC games
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
