About the Role:
As a Product Designer, you’ll be an integral part of a team focused on developing cutting-edge AI features. You’ll be immersed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your creativity and expertise will directly influence the user experience of next-generation products. Your work will involve crafting intuitive interfaces, designing seamless user flows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to fruition. Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for AI-powered features.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Present design solutions and articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies, particularly in the field of AI.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI, product, or interaction design.
- Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and execution.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, or Human-Centered Interaction (HCI) is preferred.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience designing for enterprise or collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Skills in animation or creating short videos/GIFs.
- Experience with AI design tools (e.g., Bolt, Versal).
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
