Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

As a Project Manager, you will be the central hub ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution across multiple teams. Your organizational prowess and proactive approach will be essential in navigating a fast-paced environment, ultimately contributing to the success of high-profile marketing initiatives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with Growth, Media, Creative, and Marketing Management teams, streamlining workflows and maximizing efficiency. You will be instrumental in forecasting campaigns, managing timelines, and maintaining meticulous documentation. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with annual and quarterly forecast planning for upcoming marketing priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Services Marketing, ensuring alignment on initiatives and timelines
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment between Growth, Media, Email, Platform, Editorial, Business, and Marketing teams
  • Coordinate meetings, ensuring all key stakeholders are involved
  • Prepare and distribute weekly project status reports for priority projects
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows across departments
  • Manage roadmaps, project scope, creative review trackers, and production schedules
  • Strategically disseminate information to relevant stakeholders, exercising discretion and good judgment
  • Take detailed meeting notes and provide clear summaries
  • Partner with Resource and Brand Management to maintain alignment
  • Own, maintain, and update master timelines and trackers
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers to establish and maintain tracking standards and protocols

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Operations Manager
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proven task-tracking experience
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take initiative, and make confident decisions under pressure
  • Passion for continuous improvement, learning new things, and sharing best practices
  • Outstanding work ethic, discretion, and trustworthiness
  • Experience handling confidential information with integrity
  • Ability to make complex decisions and clearly explain the rationale behind them
  • Adaptability to change and ability to react efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to quickly understand and retain new information
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable, Quip, WorkFront, OmniPlan, Wrike, 10,000 Ft, or similar platforms, as well as Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote, and Excel

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.80 to $67.56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
