As a Product Designer on the Ads & Business design team, you’ll be at the forefront of creating intuitive and user-centered experiences for a suite of cutting-edge business tools. Collaborate with a passionate team to transform user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions that empower businesses to operate more efficiently and expand their reach. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven designer eager to refine their craft and contribute to products used by millions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms, focusing on business tools.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Participate in design critiques, user research, and testing to ensure design decisions are data-driven and user-centric.
  • Champion user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to design system discussions and apply shared patterns to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve design processes and tools.

Must-Haves:

  • A portfolio showcasing strong design execution, clear thinking, and a user-centered approach to problem-solving.
  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally focused on business tools or enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and create intuitive interfaces.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Understanding of accessibility principles and commitment to inclusive design.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to team discussions.
  • Passion for innovative business tools and their potential to drive positive impact.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience designing web-based tools for professionals or organizations.
  • Familiarity with design systems and contributing to their evolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Interest in exploring new approaches and learning from experimentation, data, and feedback.
