Network Operations Coordinator

As a Network Operations Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless operations and positive provider relationships, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery. Your meticulous data management and collaborative approach will be essential to maintaining accurate provider information, resolving service issues, and ultimately, enhancing the patient experience.
This dynamic role offers the opportunity to contribute to a critical aspect of healthcare operations. You will be responsible for managing provider data, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility for various teams. Your efforts will directly support customer service activities and contribute to the overall success of the network.
 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain provider data, including demographics, rates, and contract information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Manage provider audits, ensuring compliance and quality of service.
• Handle provider service inquiries and resolve perceived service failures, fostering positive relationships.
• Execute established processes for intake and management of provider-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and data integrity.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in data management and provider relations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems used for data management and provider relations.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19.86 to $22.07 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
