You will be responsible for managing provider data, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility for various teams. Responsibilities:
- Maintain provider data, including demographics, rates, and contract information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Manage provider audits, ensuring compliance and quality of service.
- Handle provider service inquiries and resolve perceived service failures, fostering positive relationships.
- Execute established processes for intake and management of provider-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and data integrity.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in data management and provider relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems used for data management and provider relations.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19.86 to $22.07 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
