In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for analyzing learning needs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and designing innovative learning solutions. What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze content, organize materials, and design effective learning solutions, including storyboards, scripts, performance support tools, mobile learning resources, and manuals
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant and up-to-date course content
  • Write clear and measurable learning objectives and design performance assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Track and analyze training program effectiveness through learner satisfaction surveys, proficiency testing, and job performance improvement metrics
  • Provide guidance and support to facilitators, ensuring consistent delivery of training programs
  • Leverage social media and collaborative tools to enhance learning and engagement
  • Plan, organize, and develop training curriculum, materials, and job performance aids tailored to specific training needs
  • Conduct needs analyses with clients to determine learning requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Stay abreast of department, segment, and organizational strategies and operating objectives

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in instructional design, applying adult learning theory and cognitive psychology principles
  • Strong analytical skills to assess learning needs and identify appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in developing various learning materials, including storyboards, scripts, performance support tools, and mobile learning resources
  • Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and making data-driven improvements

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Learning and Performance, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a Related field.
  • Have some level of proficiency with currently popular/common design tools, such as: (but not limited to) Articulate 360 Suite, Assima, Adobe Products (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere), Camtasia, and Vyond
  • Prior experience working in a consumer-centric company
  • Professional 4ING, the learning function, or related function

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27.62 to $30.69 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
