Empower Customers as a Digital Banking Expert!
In this exciting role, you will be the go-to expert for all things digital banking. You will provide top-notch support to customers, guiding them through online banking platforms, mobile services, and other digital channels. You will be a key player in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience, troubleshooting issues, and empowering customers to navigate the digital landscape with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and online chat, addressing their digital banking needs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding online banking, mobile applications, bill pay, and other digital services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, assist with password resets, and guide customers through online processes.
- Research and resolve complex issues related to digital banking services, escalating as needed.
- Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve digital banking products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank’s digital offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the digital customer experience.
- Refer sales opportunities to appropriate team members.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems and online platforms.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- College degree.
- Previous call center or customer service experience.
- Experience with written customer communication.
- Knowledge of web or mobile-based support, including browsers, compatibility, and online technical troubleshooting.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.64 to $28.49 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
