This exciting opportunity with our client, a leader in the beauty industry, offers a chance to dive into the dynamic world of retail. You’ll be at the forefront of brand management, working closely with internal and external partners to bring the best products to market.
As an Assistant Merchant, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of brands, ensuring clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and execution of brand and product strategies, shaping the product pipeline and influencing assortment decisions.
• Prepare insightful reports and assist in analyzing business performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, visual merchandising, and operations, to execute successful product launches.
• Stay ahead of the curve, researching and identifying emerging brands and innovative products to enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and system updates, supporting the ongoing evolution of the business.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in merchandising, brand management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.32 to $27.03 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
