Make an Impact – Merchandise Assistant
As a Merchandise Assistant, you will be the backbone of the creative studio and visual merchandising team. Your organizational skills and keen eye for detail will ensure the smooth flow of samples and materials, enabling the team to create stunning visual displays. You will be instrumental in maintaining studio organization, tracking samples, and assisting with critical projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the visual identity of a beloved brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize seasonal product samples, ensuring accessibility for the creative and visual merchandising teams.
  • Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and promptly communicate any delays or issues.
  • Meticulously maintain sample racks and closets, ensuring easy access and a well-organized system.
  • Support studio set preparation and maintain a clean and efficient studio environment.
  • Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support team goals.
  • Assist with studio photography.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability and meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.94 to $25.49 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
