As a Content Strategist, you will:
- Craft, refine, and test Help Center articles and customer support responses, ensuring alignment with content strategy and user needs.
- Develop and optimize content specifically designed to enhance the performance of a support-focused Large Language Model (LLM).
- Champion and uphold content standards and best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across all support materials.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform content decisions and collaborate with partners to elevate the overall support experience.
- Expertly manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining meticulous attention to detail while adhering to evolving deadlines.
- Collaborate with technical experts to distill complex information into clear, concise, and structured documentation.
- Partner with product and operations teams to create empathetic and effective support messaging.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from the United States (or equivalent university degree from another country) in English or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical writing or content strategy role.
- 6+ months of experience working with and optimizing content for Generative AI and/or LLMs.
- Proven critical thinking skills and a strong track record of editorial judgment concerning complex and sensitive topics, with the ability to manage extensive content sets that empower support LLMs.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, write, and enhance online help content and customer support responses for social media platforms and/or mobile apps.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience, navigating ambiguity and prioritizing competing demands.
- Proficiency in data analysis, XML editing, and utilizing AI tools.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36.05 to $40.06 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
