We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Administrative Assistant to join our HR Contact Center team, supporting a global leader in the beauty industry. This role combines high-caliber customer service with HR systems knowledge and administrative accuracy. It’s ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and has a solid understanding of how payroll and timekeeping systems function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support via inbound phone calls, creating and managing cases related to payroll inquiries, leave of absence (LOA), tuition reimbursement, employee verifications, and policy questions.
  • Partner closely with the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of employee and HR inquiries (no payroll processing required, but understanding logic of timekeeping/payroll is essential).
  • Use ServiceNow to log and manage all case-related activity, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain and update employee data, performance reports, and communications in line with company procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on various tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations when handling employee-related matters.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in HR support, administrative support, or contact center roles
  • Prior contact center or call center experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with case management and call management systems (ServiceNow strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinking
  • Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of payroll/timekeeping logic to confidently assist employees with related inquiries
  • Experience supporting HR teams with policy and compliance-based questions
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in employee interactions

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20.63 to $22.93 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
