As a Senior Global Analyst, you will:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, potential product issues, and areas for improvement across all business units.
- Deliver in-depth evaluations of complex situations, considering multiple factors to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis to address emerging business needs.
- Collaborate with Post Market Surveillance (PMS) teams to validate trends, assess risks, and finalize recommendations.
- Effectively communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders through verbal, visual, and written presentations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on data integrity and issue resolution.
- Develop and share global best practices for analytics reporting with global partners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by preparing for inspections, participating in audits, and managing SOP revisions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for data sources, calculations, and assumptions.
- Collaborate with other resources to address potential adverse events or reportable complaints.
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues, modeling best practices and approaches.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with drug, device, cosmetic, or consumer products.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data models), Power BI, and other analytics tools.
- Proven analytical and quantitative decision-making skills.
- Strong influencing skills to build credibility, communicate findings, and drive action.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.

- Experience with project leadership.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and team-building abilities.
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.35 to $33.73 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
