As a SuccessFactors Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the company’s HR systems, directly impacting employee experience and data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will be essential in supporting system users, optimizing processes, and providing valuable insights through robust reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Tier 1-3 technical support for SuccessFactors and other HR systems, researching and resolving issues, and providing break/fix solutions.
- Managing regular audits (e.g., SOX, EEO-1) by providing appropriate people data reports that ensure HR data governance compliance.
- Supporting the maintenance of HR data health across all HR systems.
- Preparing import templates for bulk data loads into SuccessFactors (e.g., merit changes).
- Monitoring and testing semi-annual SuccessFactors release functionality.
- Identifying process challenges and implementing appropriate corrections or improvements with associated team training.
- Responding to feedback to identify and deliver continuous improvement activities.
- Creating system reports, analyses, and insights as needed.
- Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience administering and configuring SuccessFactors to solve problems and implement changes.
- Experience triaging and managing tickets (Tier 1-3), acting as the front end for managing tickets across the platform.
- Ability to diagnose issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage solutions within the system.
- Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and working independently.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting, including Canvas or Table reporting. Experience with Story reporting is a significant plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including comfort with collaborating, networking, and working with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated accountability, results-oriented approach, and a focus on problem resolution.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with payroll systems or integrations and data flows within payroll systems.
- Experience with Qualitrix or similar systems.
- Experience with Ingentis or similar external org chart or design tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., EC).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $82.14 to $91.27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
