Field Marketing Manager

As a Field/Sales Marketing Manager partnering with Aquent, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing localized marketing campaigns, driving new customer acquisition and bolstering client retention. As a key member of the team, you will:

• Plan and execute localized marketing and sales programs, acting as the main point of contact for internal, external, and partner sales teams.
• Gather and analyze customer intelligence, providing valuable insights to sales teams to enhance their strategies.
• Contribute to the department’s strategic direction, leveraging your experience to shape future marketing initiatives.
• Make key decisions on moderately complex issues, determining the best technical approach for project components with significant autonomy.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of technical experience
• Valid driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits
• A passion for continuously improving consumer experiences

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree in Business or Healthcare
• Previous management experience
• Experience managing large projects
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36.14 to $40.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
