As a Functional Strategy Generalist, you will be a key driver of strategic initiatives, working closely with leadership to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement impactful changes. Your analytical skills and business acumen will be essential in shaping the future of the organization.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead key initiatives from concept to completion, including team-wide projects to enhance alignment and accelerate progress.
  • Collaborate closely with functional leaders and product area leadership to operationalize strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze trends in the future of work, translating market insights into actionable strategies and driving digital transformation.
  • Proactively identify and address business challenges, developing solutions and building compelling business cases.
  • Define and implement communication strategies, planning internal events and ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Establish and manage key operational processes, including OKRs, QBRs, annual planning, and budget management.
  • Drive strategic analysis to optimize business performance and ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize complex information to develop compelling business recommendations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in effective questioning, business insights and analysis, business area knowledge, systems analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in KPIs, change management, leadership alignment and stakeholder influence, project management skills, and negotiation.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.07 to $72.31 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
