While this position is 100% remote, we will only consider candidates who currently live in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Facilitate productive team meetings, provide clear direction, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
  • Meticulously document pre-read, post-read, and general meeting notes, disseminating them promptly to stakeholders and attendees.
  • Guarantee all project deliverables meet stringent quality standards and fulfill business requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Project or Product Management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues effectively
  • Strong understanding of general business processes and HR/IT Technology
  • Experience maintaining and managing HR and PII data
  • Highly proficient communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable presenting to and collaborating with multiple levels of leadership
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum practices
  • Knowledge of project management software like Jira

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.11 – $42.11an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
