We are looking for an Associate Producer for our Global retail client. This will be a 7-month hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA. The Associate Producer is responsible for managing the promotional email content for the client ensuring flawless execution and timely launches. This role will support the Producer in managing digital content launches from ideation to execution. 

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities with cross-functional team, including Marketing, Creative, Site Merchandising, Web Developers, and 3rd party vendors.
• Ensure the project is launched on time and meets project requirements by keeping management notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedules (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.).
• Work with email content management platforms to update and publish content.
• Perform the final assessment and approval of email content before publishing, while working with business partners to resolve issues before launch.
• Respond quickly to changes in scope or project schedules and communicate to management any impacts to the project across all marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and tools to maintain a shared knowledge base among the Digital Operations team.
• Assist the team on various projects to help improve the overall digital experience or enhance our internal tools.
• Assess processes and communication methods of the delivery schedule and identify improvement areas by working with the manager to implement change where needed.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to learn more about the brand’s business processes and systems, and use knowledge to suggest new ideas or changes to improve the overall effectiveness of processes.
• Proactively and communicate with cross-functional partners, accommodate change requests and questions, and deliver the content builds in a consistent and timely manner.

Qualifications:
• You understand digital operations and release processes, including direct experience with email tools and technologies.
• You are highly detail-oriented, with experience in managing and communicating deliverables for multiple projects at any given time.
• You have excellent oral/written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively work across the organization.
• Ability to self-manage and self-organize to meet varying deadlines for multiple projects.
• Self-motivated and driven to gain additional knowledge to improve skill set including working well independently and within a group setting.
• Ability to handle routine and impromptu assignments with minimal supervision.
• Ability to remain poised in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of detailed task planning and execution experience.
• 1-3 years of related digital/site/email/app experience with a strong preference for e-commerce.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32 to $38 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
