At this time, we will only consider candidates who currently live in the immediate Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and would be open to going into the office when needed.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Performing structured and ad-hoc data reviews, identifying variances, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Utilizing multiple data sources to conduct quality control and maintain data integrity between systems.
- Collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure systems meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Participating in defect triage meetings, contributing to efficient problem-solving.
- Completing various testing procedures, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Contributing to after-hours deployment efforts and post-deployment verification.
- Developing testing solutions to enhance team efficiency.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Ability to work Sunday evenings (with flexible hours during the week to maintain a 40-hour workweek).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data quality assurance.
- Experience with HR data and technology.
- Knowledge of QA testing methods.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Workday.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working in an agile/Sprint model.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.65 – $45.65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
