User Experience Designer

• Design for a variety of platforms, including mobile and live content.

• Measure the effectiveness of your UX innovations, demonstrating your impact.
• Embrace critical leadership principles: Earn Trust, Customer Obsession, and Ownership/Ambiguity experience.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in the design industry
• Experience designing for living room devices or digital ads (ideally both!)
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including prototyping
• Experience delivering production-ready design assets to engineers
• Experience or strong interest in applying AI to design processes
• Strong communication skills
• Online portfolio showcasing your work

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience designing across multiple devices
• Design strategy skills
• Strong visual design skills
• Experience in live event design

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $88.99 to $98.88 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
