As a Release Manager on this team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the release of cutting-edge server technology. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout the entire release cycle. Your expertise will be essential in driving successful product launches and delivering exceptional value to users globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end release process, from planning and development to testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to define release scope, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive release plans, tracking progress and mitigating risks.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams, ensuring alignment on release goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of release activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on release performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks, ensuring timely and successful product launches.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in release management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience driving positive outcomes.
  • Experience managing complex projects and delivering results under pressure.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise software releases.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.19 to $46.88 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
