As a key member of the user research team, you’ll be immersed in a fast-paced environment, working on high-impact projects related to innovative presentation software and AI-powered tools. You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to understand user needs, conduct research studies, and translate your findings into actionable insights that drive product development. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to products used by millions, directly impacting how people communicate and share their stories.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and user interviews.
• Analyze and synthesize research data, identifying key trends and insights to inform product design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize research findings and ensure they are incorporated into product development.
• Communicate research insights effectively through compelling presentations and reports.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UX research methodologies and best practices.

Must-Haves:

• 6+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong understanding of mixed methods.
• 6+ years of experience in presentation design and visual storytelling.
• 4+ years of experience independently conducting and managing research projects.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work.

Nice-to-Haves:

• 2+ years of experience conducting UX research in technical domains.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product design and direction.
• Passion for learning new technologies and understanding user needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with global stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47 to $53 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
