This position is 100% remote. For this reason, we will ony consider candidates who currently live in the United States.
In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:

- Be able to showcase your work through cases studies and/or portfolio. Work samples should be about your design process and not just finished screens.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping how users interact with their applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience. As a UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating user-centered designs. You’ll conduct user research, translate complex data into intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to bring your designs to life. Your work will directly enhance user satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company’s applications.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
Design intuitive and efficient user interfaces for complex data-driven applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design solutions.
Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Collaborate with UX team members to establish and maintain design standards.
Partner with product managers and engineers to define requirements and balance user needs with business goals.
Facilitate UX processes, including design thinking activities, across various touchpoints.
Must-Haves:
A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 0-2 years of related experience. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
Proficiency with UX design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision).
Foundational knowledge of UX principles and best practices.
Ability to identify and solve basic problems and procedural irregularities.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience designing for healthcare applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.78 – $45.78/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
