Be the Orchestrator of Creative Genius!
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the central hub for all things project management within the Content Design Resources team. You’ll work closely with program managers and creative leads to keep projects on track, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design resources. Your organizational prowess and collaborative spirit will be key to aligning multiple functions and driving creative efforts forward.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with program managers and creative leads to synchronize priorities, fine-tune timelines, and maintain momentum across broader creative initiatives.
• Collaboratively map out project milestones, track progress, and manage deadlines for content delivery across design, copywriting, and UX development.
• Maintain meticulous trackers and timelines, effectively communicating targets to keep everyone informed and aligned.
• Orchestrate cross-functional and internal sharing of creative work, gathering feedback and ensuring smooth communication.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, or production management, ideally within the music, media, or creator industries.
• A deep understanding of the creative process, demonstrating prior experience working with designers, writers, and web development teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with proven experience managing timelines, trackers, and version control.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts.
• Proficiency with project and asset management tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, especially within a creative-first environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience contributing to a major website or digital platform launch.
• A passion for music, creators, and the evolving media landscape.
• Understanding of the nuances of working with artists, labels, and branded content.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.65 to $48.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
