Partnering with Aquent, you’ll be at the forefront of strategic capacity planning, ensuring seamless resource allocation and optimal performance.
As a Project and Program Manager focusing on capacity planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cloud infrastructure. Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, you will leverage your expertise in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodologies to optimize capacity for the entire cloud platform. This role blends data analysis, process improvement, and project management, offering a dynamic and challenging experience.
 

Responsibilities:

  •  Drive capacity planning initiatives for the entire cloud infrastructure, aligning plans with budget and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with product-specific teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop comprehensive capacity plans.
  • Utilize and refine tooling and processes to support capacity planning efforts.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Lead and contribute to ad-hoc projects focused on process improvement and issue resolution, such as triaging and error process optimization.
  •  Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to communicate plans, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • 5-7 years of experience with production processes, quality control, cost optimization, and distribution strategies.
  •  5-7 years of proficiency with computer software, including Word processing, Presentation software , 
  • Proficient in project scheduling and tracking tools for managing timelines, dependencies, and resources.”
  • “Skilled in using Gantt chart-based project planning tools to manage multi-phase projects.”
  •  Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00 to $50.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
