As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind joint marketing initiatives with key Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners. You will develop and execute strategic plans to increase awareness and generate demand among enterprise decision-makers. Your leadership will be essential in showcasing cutting-edge solutions and establishing the company as a thought leader in the public sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute joint partner marketing strategies and plans for a designated group of GSI partners, aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement marketing campaigns focused on priority solutions, thought leadership, and high-touch activities targeting C-level executives.
- Enhance brand visibility and mindshare with partners through direct engagement and targeted programs.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
- Lead workstreams for integrating partners into major public sector marketing events and campaigns.
- Measure, monitor, and analyze the impact of partner marketing activities on business outcomes.
- Report on campaign performance and insights, contributing to pipeline councils and marketing budget planning.
- Manage existing co-marketing plans, ensuring partner compliance and adherence to deadlines.
- Lead the development of future co-marketing plans, including budget allocation and goal setting.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in marketing within the B2B/SaaS/Enterprise space.
- 6+ years of proven experience in partner marketing, including strategy development and execution.
- Experience executing a variety of marketing activities, such as digital roundtables, events, webinars, account-based marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and build strong relationships with partner contacts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working with government agencies and/or educational institutions.
- Understanding of cloud computing and technology solutions.
- Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs and campaigns with partners.
- Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to drive marketing across the funnel with a focus on metrics and ROI.
- Ability to influence and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Ability to own and drive key initiatives with minimal direction.
- Excellent program management skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $88.69 to $98.55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
