As a Senior Information Security Risk Analyst, you will be a vital part of the information security team, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, safeguarding sensitive information, and contributing to the overall stability and reputation of the organization. What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead audit preparation and responses across InfoSec and IT, coordinating document requests, reviews, and remediation plans.
- Champion the development and maturity of security controls, policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements (FFIEC, SOX) and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough security risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and enhance the organization’s security posture.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, providing guidance and support for risk-based decision-making across the business.
- Contribute to vital information security reports for various committees, including Technology and Third-Party Risk Committee (TTRC) and others.
- Drive the tracking and remediation of identified risks, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process.
- Oversee security-related audits, control assessments, and compliance checks, ensuring timely and complete responses.
- Implement and maintain security frameworks (FFIEC, SOX, GLBA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ITIL) and evaluate risk and controls through targeted testing.
- Develop, publish, and maintain up-to-date security policies, standards, and procedures based on risk appetite, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the ERM team to design and maintain a risk and controls matrix.
- Participate in vendor risk assessments, contract reviews, and cyber training and awareness programs.
- Establish and lead a metrics program to track key risks and performance indicators, reporting regularly to management.
- Lead the configuration, integration, and optimization of GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow).
Must-Haves:
- 6-10 years of experience in information security roles, including risk analysis, control design, compliance, and audit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional security risk management certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or similar).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with FFIEC Cybersecurity Assessment Tool (CAT).
- Deep background in risk treatment, controls selection, and information security controls process design.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $93.77 to $104.19 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
