As a Business Operations Program Manager, you will be essential to ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will be a key partner to the Site Engineering Lead, collaborating with various teams to streamline operations and drive key initiatives. This role will empower you to directly influence the employee experience and contribute to a thriving and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of core business priorities and facilitate best practice sharing across development centers.
- Lead and support strategic initiatives and cross-group projects, developing success metrics and communication strategies.
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that reinforce the company’s values and brand presence.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative culture.
- Manage programs that engage local communities and ecosystems.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and expense reporting activities.
- Plan and execute meetings, events, and partnerships, both internal and external.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working with all levels of employees.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of experience in a related field.
- Proven ability to partner effectively across a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, execution, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $83.48 to $92.76 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
