Make an Impact as a Channel Marketing Manager
This role puts you at the forefront of partner marketing, enabling you to craft and execute campaigns that directly impact training partners and their customers. You will own the strategy, development, and optimization of these campaigns, from initial concept to final execution. Collaborate closely with partners, internal teams, and agencies to create engaging content, manage assets, and analyze campaign performance. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of the training ecosystem and empower countless individuals to develop in-demand cloud skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for partner training, working directly with partners to deliver impactful training to customers.
- Manage all operational aspects of campaigns, including workflow, timelines, and asset management.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to create engaging digital assets, including SEM, landing pages, emails, and paid media advertising.
- Align with communications and social marketing teams to optimize campaign timing and maximize impact.
- Ensure projects stay on track, stakeholders are informed, risks are mitigated, and results are delivered on time and within budget.
- Secure necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders.
- Co-develop and track region and country-specific campaign execution plans with regional field marketing teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential problems, keeping stakeholders updated on progress, delays, and budget implications.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Channel Campaign Management/Demand Generation, Content Marketing, or related fields in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience with SEM, SMM, email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and marketing analytics.
- Experience executing integrated channel marketing campaigns for a B2B technology company, understanding regional, industry, and audience variances.
- Experience working directly with channel partners, including MDF funding, lead sharing, and reporting.
- Proven success managing complex marketing programs and driving projects to completion.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills, including managing internal stakeholders, external agencies, and multiple projects concurrently.
- Self-motivated and thrives in complex, evolving environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent writing skills for various marketing materials, including campaign briefs, emails, web copy, and social media content.
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce.com and Marketo preferred).
- Understanding of cloud computing models.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring, testing, and iterating to optimize results.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.09 to $53.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
