As a Communications Specialist, you will:
- Develop and execute communication plans for the team, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across various channels.
- Manage internal communication platforms such as SharePoint and Teams, curating content and facilitating seamless information sharing.
- Create engaging newsletters, announcements, and other communications materials, maintaining high quality and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Optimize communication channels and strategies based on data analysis and feedback.
- Provide general administrative and logistical support to the team, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience demonstrating excellent language skills, including impeccable grammar and a keen eye for detail.
- 2+ years of experience showcasing proficiency in creating and designing multimedia visuals, enhancing communication effectiveness.
- 2+ years of experience in project management or organizational roles, demonstrating the ability to build and follow plans, manage schedules, meet deadlines, and coordinate tasks effectively.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience as an administrative assistant with communication responsibilities.
- Proficiency in web publishing.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Teams.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32.42 to $36.03 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
