This will be a US-based 100% remote position that will start at 11 months and can possibly extend up to 18 months.

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will manage projects from inception to implementation, translating complex business needs into actionable requirements. You will play a key role in user acceptance testing and focus groups, ensuring solutions meet the needs of end-users. Additionally, you’ll support and enhance existing talent management tools, collaborating with engineering on improvements and upgrades. This role is a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in talent management systems, gain valuable insights into succession planning, and build strong relationships across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead projects related to talent management tools, from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate focus groups to ensure solutions meet end-user needs.
  • Support and enhance existing talent management production modules, collaborating with engineering on minor changes and upgrades.
  • Manage communications with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for first-party tools.
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Must-Haves:

  • 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in program/project management, working with stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience with Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUPs.
  • 1+ year of experience with SAP Success Factors Succession Module
  • Ability to support stakeholders as primary PM from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Understands and translates the opportunity areas and problem statements into business requirements for all engineering teams working on the solution.
  • Conducts user acceptance testing and/or focus groups to determine the end-user experience and needs.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Certification in talent management software.
  • Experience in the technology industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38 to $42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
