As a Learning Facilitation Professional, you will empower employees and external audiences through engaging and effective training programs. As a Learning Facilitation Professional, you will:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of training programs, including instructor-led and virtual sessions.
• Select and adapt training materials to create dynamic learning experiences.
• Cultivate engaging learning environments that encourage interaction and knowledge exchange.
• Monitor training records to ensure compliance with company, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Analyze course evaluations to identify areas for improvement and enhance training effectiveness.
• Evaluate and integrate online resources to complement facilitated learning.
• Align training initiatives with departmental and organizational strategies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in training or learning development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
• A passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to improving consumer experiences

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree
• Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles
• Experience using diverse training tools for varied audiences
• Experience in project or process management

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.81 to $29.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
