Your insights will directly impact the success of our products and contribute to the overall mission of providing accessible and user-friendly healthcare solutions.

As a Product Owner, you will:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, recommend adjustments to schedules, costs, and resources as needed.
• Proactively identify and resolve problems during the design and planning phases.
• Keep functional leaders informed with timely and accurate status updates.
• Conduct feasibility studies, manage field trials, identify product gaps, and define product requirements.
• Engage with customers to understand market needs and trends, ensuring our products remain relevant and competitive.
• Make informed decisions regarding work methods, even in ambiguous situations, demonstrating autonomy and initiative.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical experience
• Experience working with Salesforce 
• Experience building call center workflows
• 5+ years of leadership and/or project management experience
• A genuine passion for improving consumer experiences

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Six Sigma Certification

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.18 to $53.54 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
