As a key member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing marketing campaigns that seamlessly integrate with diverse data streams. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions using workflow design and CRM tools.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns integrated with various data sources to facilitate direct customer communication.
  • Collaborate with product teams to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively provide status updates and ensure transparent communication.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • 3+ years of experience designing solutions based on business requirements.
  • Experience with workflow development or design tools for creating functional designs.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript with the ability to perform minor code updates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience creating marketing campaigns using CRM tools like Salesforce.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.54 to $78.38 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
