Aquent Studios is looking for a Customer Services Fulfillment Associate to help support one of its top
clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and
efficient operations of the Customer Services department. This position is responsible for a wide range
of administrative tasks and logistical support. Working with the Customer Service Management
organization, the CS Fulfillment Associate will respond to project needs of the team, specifically, project
management, operational activities, and departmental support to contribute to the CSM priorities.

Logistical Responsibilities:

  • Print all letters from the contact center databases and arrange for mailing
  • Arrange for product retrievals when Product Quality Complaints are reported including assembling and mailing biohazard boxes
  • Technology & Data Management
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and business continuity related to technology and data reporting
  • CRM and Telephony administrative tasks
  • Document repository administrative tasks for creation/updates to SOPs & Work Instructions
  • SharePoint administrative tasks
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding contact center team member system access
  • Other ad hoc support tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Enthusiasm for helping customers and a commitment to providing excellent service

Ability to work ONSITE in Upper Gwynedd, PA, M-F

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Soft skills and cultural fit
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with team members and
  • stakeholders
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55K to 60K. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
