Product Manager

Overview

This is a fully onsite postiion in Seattle, WA. Hybrid and remote are NOT an option.

Aquent is partnering with a global organization committed to positive community impact, seeking a driven Product Manager to join their team. You will play a key role in developing and expanding programs designed to improve food access for vulnerable populations. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of food security initiatives. You will collaborate with a diverse team to develop strategic plans, expand existing programs, and forge partnerships with non-profit organizations. Your analytical skills will be essential in quantifying program impact and identifying areas for improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, making a real difference in the lives of individuals and communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the team in 2026 strategic planning, including expansion plans, resource allocation, goal setting, and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and implement a marketing communications strategy to recruit non-profit food security partners.
• Collaborate with data teams to build reporting on food insecurity and quantify program impact.
• Handle ad hoc requests related to data analysis, communications, program management, and other high-priority topics.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with diverse stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience working independently
• 5+ years of demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years working within a global company as a Product Manager. 

Compensation:
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.66 to $78.52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
