As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of key business lines. You will be a key advisor to leadership, driving strategic planning, data analysis, and process optimization to fuel growth and innovation. In this exciting role, you will:

  • Spearhead annual and quarterly planning, collaborating with leaders across multiple functions to define business priorities and objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking progress towards objectives and reporting results to the business.
  • Manage the operational cadence of the business, optimizing recurring meetings and communication channels.
  • Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies, driving process improvements and standardization across the organization.
  • Support leadership in managing and mitigating business risks, working closely with stakeholders to address challenges and escalate roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to extract actionable insights from data, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Lead special projects, including business case development, competitive analysis, and industry research.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or a high-growth business in an analytical capacity.
  • Familiarity with financial services and/or consumer technology companies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong data analysis and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.96 to $65.52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
